A simple three-step process is all that is necessary to begin your journey into the development of your special project:

Step 1
Signing of a Non-Disclosure Document, which prohibits JF Magic from engaging in any conversation with outside personnel regarding any exchange of information regarding your particular device, service, or technology add-on development without your explicit permission.

Step 2
Initial meeting to discuss requirements and needs assessment. This can be in the form of a face-to-face meeting at headquarters in Pennsylvania or the North Carolina office, a scheduled teleconference, or even a computer “chat” session. From this discussion, a meeting summary is generated covering the scope, form, fit, and function of the project and will contain a schedule for completion of items discussed in the meeting with a realistic expedient timetable covered by a fixed cost structure. No hidden charges will be billed. All charges will be pre-determined and approved prior to any work being done.

Step 3
A retainer will be requested to draw from as the project progresses based upon the discussions covered during the initial meeting.
